Responsibilities

  • Prospect to existing database
  • Respond immediately to new leads
  • Answer lead calls
  • Hold Open Houses
  • Communicate with new buyers to understand their house hunting criteria
  • Share the ins and outs of the home buying process with new clients
  • Pro-actively select properties for clients
  • Schedule showings
  • Show homes to buyers with a focus on scheduling convenience for the buyer
  • Write offers
  • Negotiate offers
  • Guide buyers through the inspection, appraisal, and closing periods
  • Work hand in hand with existing vendors – lender, inspector, surveyor, contractor, etc.
  • Prepare buyers for closing day
  • Attend closings
