Responsibilities
- Prospect to existing database
- Respond immediately to new leads
- Answer lead calls
- Hold Open Houses
- Communicate with new buyers to understand their house hunting criteria
- Share the ins and outs of the home buying process with new clients
- Pro-actively select properties for clients
- Schedule showings
- Show homes to buyers with a focus on scheduling convenience for the buyer
- Write offers
- Negotiate offers
- Guide buyers through the inspection, appraisal, and closing periods
- Work hand in hand with existing vendors – lender, inspector, surveyor, contractor, etc.
- Prepare buyers for closing day
- Attend closings
