Buyers Agent:

A successful real estate team focused on values and results is seeking a Buyer’s Real Estate Agent. This position works alongside a high producing residential real estate agent in California. The environment is fast paced and technologically advanced. Leads will be provided by the head agent but consistent lead generation is a key responsibility. Prompt and consistent follow up is a must. The role handles prospecting, meeting new prospects, understanding their home buying needs, all aspects of helping home buyers find, negotiate, and purchase properties. This includes responding to inquiries via phone and email, kick off meetings with clients, finding properties, scheduling appointments, showing properties, placing and negotiating offers, and guiding clients through the remainder of the home buying process. This role will be supported by an administrative assistant who will handle the paperwork and scheduling during the contract to close process allowing the agent to focus on Buyer relations.
